SECTION 4 — MIRRORS, ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS, AND INSTALLATION
Mirrors, lighted mirrors, rechargeable products, electronic devices, wall-mounted products, and household equipment must be used and installed in accordance with the supplied instructions.
You are responsible for confirming before purchase that:
- Product measurements suit the intended space;
- The wall, surface, fixture, or installation location is suitable;
- Any required power source or charging connection is compatible;
- The product is permitted under local electrical and building requirements; and
- Installation can be performed safely.
Where professional installation is recommended, you should use a qualified installer.
TUSSHOP is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect mounting, unauthorized modification, improper charging, water exposure, impact, failure to follow instructions, or ordinary wear and tear.
Do not use electrical products near water unless the product is specifically designed and rated for that use.
Brightness, battery duration, magnification, reflection, charging time, and lighting performance may vary depending on operating conditions, settings, product version, and battery condition.
SECTION 5 — CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, AND SIZING
Sizing standards may vary by product, supplier, design, and manufacturing region.
Customers should review the size chart and product measurements before ordering. General labels such as Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large may not be identical across all products.
Minor differences in measurements may occur because of production methods and manual measurement.
Colors and fabric appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, production batches, and material characteristics.
TUSSHOP is not responsible for an unsuitable size selected by the customer. Returns remain subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from TUSSHOP.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is accepted when we have:

However, purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and TUSSHOP.
Shopify is not the seller of TUSSHOP products and is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, returns, refunds, injuries, damage, or losses arising from products sold by TUSSHOP.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from purchases and transactions between you and TUSSHOP.
